Harold Koh talks about the current
war on terrorism, and what specific laws are being passed. He is Gerard
C. & Bernice Latrobe Smith Professor of International Law at Yale Law
School. He served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human
Rights, and Labor under President Clinton.
Jairan Ramesh discusses the reaction
in India to globalization and free trade. He is the Secretary of the Economic
Affairs Department of the Congress Party in New Delhi.
