SARS Scare in Toronto

The Centers for Disease Control in the US have not warned against travel to Toronto, further complicating the situation. In an editorial, The New York Times argues that the WHO overreacted, and advises American travelers to be cautious in Toronto, not paranoid. – YaleGlobal
